Ayurvedic Massage

So, go for Ayurvedic massages and spas that help in detoxifying the body. The most common massage therapy that people follow during the spring season is Panchakarma. It helps in cleansing the impurities present in your body and reduce the intoxication level.

You can also add turmeric to this paste. On a continuous application of this pack to your face, you will see a considerable difference. This paste helps in giving you a glowing skin and cures any kind of skin allergies.
  • Aloe Vera – Did you know that Aloe Vera gel makes your skin radiant? Aloe Vera acts as an excellent nourishing agent which helps in cleansing your face. It is very much suitable to apply during spring season. It also suits any kind of face varying from dry to oily skin.

Ayurvedic Tea

Self care regime for internal body equally important. As you would do follow an external body regime, you need to concentrate on internal care too. Are you too much addicted towards tea? Add the following ingredients – ½ tsp cinnamon powder, ½ inch fresh ginger pieces, 2 tsp. jaggery and 1 tsp. coriander powder in water. Boil the water for 10 minutes. Stir and filter the water alone.
